Pastor Doug Esselburn is Christ Community's music pastor. He leads sunday morning worhsip services and is director of the children's ministry. doug@ccwconline.com

Paul Richard, Director of OutReach Ministries came with his family to CCWC in 1999. His wife of 20 years is Lyn Richard, is the Office Manager for CCWC. Paul and Lyn have a 14 year old son named Austin and a 5 year old adopted daughter named Kierra.

He is the Director of Operations at Good Works, Inc. where coordinates many of the day-to-day aspects of this ministry as well as oversees the Work Camp Program that brings over 500 people to the Athens area each year to serve those in our community that struggle with poverty.

Paul feels that it has been a great privilege for him to serve with the people of CCWC in OutReach Ministries. He continues to find people who are genuinely interested in helping others through time and resources. It is a joy to be part of this faith community and he looks forward to what God wants to do through us.
